You agree to use our services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of others or restrict their use.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a specific project agreement. Refund requests are evaluated on a case‑by‑case basis.
All code, designs, and content created by SolvexBD remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Clients receive a license to use the deliverables.
